Stayed here recently with some family and it was amazing!! only thing it was missing was a hot tub, the house is incredible and we had a great time! Thank you
I drafted a thank you email the day I got home because the property was perfect for our Hen Do. What was already set to be a great weekend, because of company, was enhanced tenfold by the decor and space. We hired a hot tub and the owner liaised with the company closer to the time for set up and access so it was ready for when we arrived. We were 16 adults and it felt like there were spots to go for a bit more peace in different areas of the house. We stayed at Smithfield House for 3 nights with our multi-generational family to celebrate my Mum's 100th birthday. It was perfect for our family group with 8 lovely bedrooms and plenty of space for the great grandchildren to play while allowing us all to get together round the amazing dining table to eat. We loved the pizza oven and the wood-burning stove. Drew was really helpful and made everything very easy for us. We will definitely look to return for any future family gatherings.
Comfort with Class. Set on the edge of a quiet village, "WOW!" was justifiably overused as we wandered through Smithfield House. Crockery, cutlery, glasses, pots and pans plentiful. Spotless bedrooms and bathrooms. Booking process extremely easy, Drew answered emails promptly and friendly. Honestly can't find enough words to praise Smithfield House!
Had a wonderful family time celebrating my son's birthday unknown to him his sister and family were there from Australia . The house was ideal for all ages. We thoroughly enjoyed making pizza and using the barbecue . I feel 5 stars is not enough. Brilliant .
