Our family rented a party boat last Monday (all 11 of us!) It was our first time ever renting a party boat for a family excursion and with such precious cargo. We were a little nervous, of course, but Smith Boys and staff could not have been more welcoming, accommodating and helpful. From start to finish our experience was first class. I would highly recommend them. Special thanks to Larry and Eileen for the great care you gave us!
If anyone needs their boat serviced or a place to dock a boat, I HIGHLY recommend Smith Boys Marina in NT. Smith Boys hands down, exceeds all expectations from boating advice to their service department! As a new boater I couldn't have picked a better place to link up with!

We rented a pontoon boat for a couple of hours. My Aunt, Uncle, brother and dog went for a beautiful fall weekday ride. The Smith Boy's employees and owners could not have been more helpful and friendly. Thanks for the memories!
The marina location and service are great. Dry stack operation heavily dependent on quality of crane operators. Lee Ann and Dana are great. Downside is when some don't show up. Been waiting 45 minutes now for an operator. Very aggravating, especially for the $$$ I am paying.
10 years on the water, still happy we made the leap. Smith Boys of Rochester, couldn’t have put us in a better boat, or have taken better care of us all this time. Here’s to many more happy and wet years of boating.
Never ever experienced a Marina that was run as poorly as the Smith Boys Marina. Customer service is a disgrace, the place is maintained very poorly, they don't have a clue about boats and rarely returns phone calls. Moreover, they even totally ignore safety hazards that are brought to their attention. This place doesn't deserve any business.
I would like to give Two thumbs up for Brad Smith from Smith Boys Marina for handling a SeaRay factory major defect with the outboard transom and getting me a Brand New boat in exchange in just 36 hours for the holiday weekend. I would like to thank Brad, his office staff and everyone in the service department to make this happen. I could not have asked for better service. Thank you Smith Boys Marina
