My family and I have been going to Smith Boys for about 5 years now and we have always have had a great experience with all the workers at Smith Boys. But the past few times we have been using the launch to launch our jet skies to ride behind our boat, we have had issues. While using the launch the past couple of times, the guy that runs the forklift for the boat in and out service has been rude and yesterday he even screamed at us to get out of the way while we where backed into the launch. Bought a user boat from them and took it out the very first day after buying it and it didn't run right and after being charged to fix it came on vacation and it won't turn over something wrong with ignition,,,, so my opinion I'd stay far away from any of their used boats since this one sure is a lemon
Marcus was great! We had as much fun as possible today! Rental process was easy and quick. Whole staff was fun and professional. I will be back!
