Southfield Gardens | Lewisham South East London Home Extension.Smiley Building Services was an excellent kitchen extension. Really happy with our results, it has really transformed our home. Was nervous about getting things done while living and working with a 3 year old in tow but the stress has been taken out by Baz building a makeshift kitchen out of our old kitchen so we can cook and live a somewhat normal life while getting most of the work done. Extensive refurbishment of 3/4 bedroom terraced house I cannot recommend Baz enough! If you want a very skillful and honest builder with great ideas and an eye for detail you will find him in Baz. We chose them after a thorough search and were impressed with being able to speak directly with one of his clients who even invited us to come and have a look at the work in progress.
