I'm updating my review from several years ago. I still receive outstanding service from the Dentists - most recently from Dr Nagar Monemi. Hannah the Hygienist is also excellent. The Receptionists and Dental Assistants are also excellent at their jobs and very friendly too!
I had a great experience with Hannah McCready—she’s a really kind and professional hygienist. She made the whole appointment feel comfortable and stress-free. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients, taking the time to explain things clearly and making sure you’re at ease the entire time. Highly recommend her if you’re looking for someone gentle, thorough, and compassionate!
I cancelled with 23.5 hours notice because I had developed gastroenteritis. There was a massive outcry that I hadn’t done this before 24 hours - but I had been vomiting and ill up to then. The receptionist had never heard of the condition, and spoke to the dentist who apparently said it wasn’t a reason for cancellation.
