Didn't like the way they addressed my 10 year old child as DUDE. We don't allow him to speak to anyone male or female that way so I don't allow anyone to address him that way either. They were working on him so I didn't want to upset the technician so as to not have her hurt my child in retaliation to me. UPDATE The entire attitude towards my now 15yr old child was great they addressed my child by name pleasant all the way around will be sending family and friends your way. This is the best dental experience I've had in over 40 years!
Dr Alan Maedgen is probably the coolest most relaxed and knowledgeable dentist I've ever seen. Over the years I've seen several good and bad dentists due to military moves as a kid 40 plus years ago and a move here to Amarillo in '22 from Colorado Springs with my family. He's a no nonsense perfect dentist for me and my family. As long as he's practicing, we'll continue to enjoy going to the dentist! Thanks doc.
