I was looking the dentist guy ung matangkad na sobrang gaan ng kamay pag sya humahawak sakin, but today so much disappointed po nahirapan talaga bunganga ko as in natusok pa ung labi ko while pinapasukan nya ng wire , I think bago lang sya dun, then I ask him na putulin nalang ung wire na sobra instead of balikohin nya Sabi nya baka matanggal daw ung wire🥹omg, ayuko na sya ulit hahawak Sakin next month, pinahirapan mo ako , then now sobra ako nahihirapan sa gnawa mo natutusok ako, I don't want to complain. but so much disap... read more
Worst dentist experience ever, extreme pain and suffering during 2h30mn !!!! I had a tooth extraction about 1 month ago here Smile&Co, it normally takes 30 to 40mn max because I had the exact same tooth extraction the other side before (other dental clinic) and took 30mins. The dentist here was young and clearly didn't know what she was doing, after 1h30 of struggles, she failed to extract my tooth and ask a nurse to do the job for her, I beleive that nurse wasn't a dentist and she was very brutal. Sana po may notice if close po yung branch sayang po sa oras lalo na sa medjo malayo yung panggagalingan considering yung init nang panahon then malalaman na close lang kayo pag nasa mismong branch na. Wala rin indication kailan mag bubukas. Pag nag chat naman sa fb page nyo sobrang unresponsive naman.
staff’s are absolutely kind but scheduling an appointment is nonsense. I booked my appointment at 1:00 PM. Came in at least 2 mins before the appointment yet I had to wait 1.5 hours just to be accommodated.
