I have been visiting Smile Charlotte for over 15 years and the service has only gotten better. They have the latest computer-based dental technology essential for patients. You are treated with respect and dignity. You always get a thorough job and information is shared every step of the way. You leave knowing that they did an excellent job with an explanation of what you need to work on until your next visit. If anyone is looking for a dentist, who is family centered and caring, don't shop any further.

Over the many, many years we have been going to this office, we always felt secure about the professional standards that were carried out. Also, the attitude of everyone we have been in contact with here has always been very upbeat, and have always felt they were interested in me as a patient and took the time to explain things to me.
I felt very safe during my routine exam due to all the safety procedures. The staff is comforting and knowledgeable.
I was worked in for an emergency. Employees were very friendly and efficient. The Doctor was excellent and explained everything she would be doing. I felt relaxed in the chair. I will continue with this practice and this Dentist.
I was very pleased that crown could be done today. Dr. Rodney explained everything and did a very good job. Veronica was kind, knowledgeable and did a very good job.
Dr. Rodney and staff are do a execellent job, everyone is so friendly.
I have been going to Dr. Menaker since he was in practice by himself. I have always come away with a wonderful experience and this was no exception. The practice has grown but I never feel like I am just another nameless patient. Mary, my dental hygienist, always treats me like I am a friend and handles my teeth as such. They are the reason I continue to come back with no fears, no anxieties and know I am in great hands!
