We met a really nice staff member here on the morning of the 11th of April. She was really helpful she helped my daughter pick out a really nice bag she gave off really good vibes. My daughter will definitely be a return shopper.
Bought 2 bottles online, both were leaking. The staff in this shop did not know how to process online returns. 4 members of staff were present, but nobody knew the process. Only manager knew how to process online returns and he/she doesn't work on weekends. Ridiculous
As an educator, I would advise against shopping here for the poor quality. Leaky water bottles especially. Complete waste of money and plastic.
