The staffs here clearly speaks Malay and communicates easily with colleagues, but when I asked a question in Indonesian, their expression changed and they pretended not to understand, saying “can’t understand what you say.” For a major brand, this behavior is unprofessional and disrespectful.
Both the available staff had such a bad attitude, they were extremely rude! Product range is good.

the staff here are simply terrible. the shop was totally empty on a weekday afternoon & i was browsing, the male malay staff came to stand right behind me, as if stalking. very uncomfortable & real creepy. the other 2 malay female staff, dont need to say, from the photo can see they are extremely excited to come to work.
