Roof Repair, Eaves and Insulation Smart Roofing did some work on our the roofing, eaves and insulation in our house last fall. They did a good job doing some minor repairs on our roof and eaves and topped up the insulation. Bob was very responsive and service was great.

new roof Our old roof was approximately 15 years old. We developed a leak in both our dining room and living room. It turns out that it has been leaking for approximately 2 years which means we only got 13 years out of our old roof! I watched Smart Roofing remove the old shingles. There was only some cheap black tar paper under the 1st three feet and was attached by VERY few nails. The shingles were attached by 3 nails each at the most! There were 4 vents. Full roof replacement We used Smart Roofing to repair our roof in our previous house and were very satisfied with the work they did then. This time again they did a great work. Reshingle roof and new eavestrough It was a pleasure doing business with Jerry and his work crews. My roof was done quickly and efficiently. The crew working on the roof were respectful of my property and cleaned all roofing debris from my yard and driveway. The driver (John) was very pleasant and helpful. He placed the bin exactly where I requested and picked it up making sure that no damage occurred to my driveway or fencing. Flat Roof & Shingle Siding Bob at Smart Roofing is fantastic. Although I live in Kitchener, he was able to co-ordinate this extensive rebuild project in Toronto with me. He is amazing when dealing with the elderly; listening and explaining everything. He stayed on top of the project.
