Roofing This company is really dedicated to quality work and customer satisfaction. I really enjoyed this company working on my house because they are very trustworthy and know what is best. My neighbour recommend this company for fixing my old roof ever since they worked on his house and hasn't experienced a problem. Eaves replacement Hired them to redo our eavestrough which resulted in massive flooding in our basement and extensive damage. After a week of phone calls and promises I could not even get them to come back and correct their work. UPDATE At the time of writing the review, the problem had not been addressed. We just received an email from the Bob the salesman stating that they would sue us for our negative review and have asked to update so I will. The installer finally came back to address the problem. Replaced Roof Bob and his team at Smart Roofing did a great job. Bob explained the work to be done in detail and promised "no incidentals". The team arrived on time, completed the job and cleaned up both my yard and the neighbors. Job was just done a couple of weeks ago, so my initial assessment is "a job well done". Will have to see over the next couple of years how the warrant holds out. Would recommend Smart Roofing.

New Roof our roof was leaking. After the inspection we have realized that we have to get the new roof. because our roof was very old. We called Smart roofing. Bob came to our house gave us some value able information we ending up getting the work done by Smart Roofing. it took them to finished the job in two and a half day. roof looks great and no more leaking

Roof After windstorm before winter, roof tiles were damaged and scattered. Smart roofing gave me a new roof at a reasonable price before the snow fell to keep my mind at ease. Good job, no problems, quick and clean. Would recommend.

Roofing Through Home Stars, we found Smart Roofing when we needed a new roof recently. It was good advice. Jerry and Mario did an excellent job, exactly as they promised. A year or two later when we thought we had a roof leak we called them to check. They came quickly and investigated carefully. It turned out not to be a roof problem after all but we were most impressed by their quick and helpful response and assistance. We would certainly recommend this company to anyone with roofing needs.

Roof shingles, rave troughs and soffits replaced Smart roofing did a nice job giving our house a face lift. Would recommend as never felt pressured with the sales or service. Mario was informative and managed the project very well.
