Replacing soffit, fascia and eavestrough Very happy with Smart Roofing - the quote was reasonable and the job was able to start a week earlier than they first estimated. They put in long hours - after 6pm every day - to get the job finished quickly, and cleaned up after themselves every night as well as at the end of the job. And they were still speaking to us after we decided to relocate one of the downspouts, forcing them to remove about 30ft of just installed eavestrough. They come highly recommended from me.

New roof and eaves and guards Great service! Bob came out in December to fix raccoon damage, and we decided it's best to redo the roof in the spring. Along with new eaves, we had guards installed. Bob was always on time, great to deal with and answered all my questions. Extremely pleased with the service I received. The guys showed up promptly at 7am to start on the roof. New roof shingles I am very happy with the entire process from receiving a prompt accurate estimate to signing the contract to having the work completed. Roof & eavestrough/eavesdrop replacement We have chosen Smart Roofing because of the quality of their work. A couple of years ago they repaired the roof of our garage and we were impressed by their professionalism. Jerry was great in finding a solution to divert some of the water/ice flow which was affecting both the roof and the exterior wall.
