New roof on home Excellent work. They arrived when they said they would. They did the job fast and efficientiently. They cleaned up all around the house so that there was no left over mess. Very professional.

Roofing Had entire roof re-shingled approx. 4 years ago, and am very happy with the work they did. Roof is difficult to work on due to steep slope and many peaks and valleys. Workers were very conscientious and cleaned up after themselves when work was completed. Had a small leak this spring during very heavy rain with high wind, and they immediately came over, found a small opening at edge of corner flashing and fixed it. Great service, would highly recommend.

Amazing roof repair and customer service!!! We needed a new roof. I got a few quotes from other companies that were far beyond our budget. A friend recommend Smart Roofing. We phoned for an estimate and got a call back immediately. Bob M is excellent at explaining what was in need of repair and how to stay in budget while still suppling a high quality product. Roofing Work - with ice and water barrier and 15 lb. felt underlayment over entire roof and lifetime shingles; plus new eves and downspouts. This company does very good work at a fair price. They did my kitchen skylight two years ago and did a good job. Jerry explained the options and answered all my questions before the job. They gave me a good warranty on their work. I know if I have any problems they will be there when I call them.

New roof shingles I am so very happy with the whole experience! Mario from Smart Roofing was punctual with initial meeting and quote and with the timing of when they could do the work. He was also the lowest cost with the lifetime shingles. The crew assigned knew their work and did high quality work from removing old roof, installing ice n water shield, underlay, starter shingles, cleaned eaves trough, 6 nails per shingle and thoroughly cleaned up. Replacing all Eavestroughs We placed the call for assistance with our downspout disconnection. Bob came and was very helpful in suggesting a solution for one of them, which was very tricky. It was assessed that we could also use new eavestroughs on the upper portion of the house. We felt confident in his assessment and suggestions as well as his quote, so we decided to go ahead.
