Shigles, soffits, fascia, eaves troughs - the whole thing! Bob came out to take our order and gave good advice on what we needed. The $ estimate was slightly higher than others but we decided to go with SMART and we're so glad we did. Staff were on time, efficient and highly skilled. We were surprised by some of their extra finishing touches that now make our house stand out from the crowd. Thanks for the terrific job. We will absolutely recommend you to others!

New build shingle and metal roof Bob and his team were great. They got me my quote quickly and come on site to measure almost immediately. Rain was due, so he got 6 of his guys out there to finish the shingles in one day on quite a large roof. Metal roof looks great too. Professional and reliable We needed a reliable and professional roofer that we could trust to get shingles installed properly, insulation topped up, eavesdrop and downspouts replaced. roof replacement As a result of a recent roof leak, I contacted Smart roofing for a quote to replace the shingles and eaves. This was urgently needed as winter was coming. The job commenced within a week of contacting them,,and completed in two days.

Changing Skylight and roof repair Bob and his team changed our skylight at a very good price that cannot be matched by any one in the market. New Roof and Eaves Having had a bad experience with our existing roof, we decided this year it was time to change. Our existing roof was only 10 years old but every time the wind blew over 80 we would lose shingles. I myself did a load of research about what shingle we wanted and the CertainTeed Landmark Pro is about the best out there. CertainTeed has a list of approved contractors which have clearly been verified and approved for their workmanship and just as importantly their integrity.
