New Roof Done on time and in one day in December when there was no snow falling!! So glad l got the new roof up before it got really snowy and cold. Unfortunately they broke one of my solar lights but l contacted Jerry and a couple of days later the broken solar light was replaced with a new one. Great customer service. Jerry was always available to answer my numerous questions. Greatly appreciated

Professional Company with amazing ethics I had hired another roofing company to work on my roof but did have issues. In a legal dispute with them. However, in order to help with the matter, I reached out to multiple roofers in the GTA and Jerry was one of the few that actually was willing to come to my house to perform just an estimate. Complete roof recover & eaves troughs/downspouts This company was very professional and did a good job from beginning to end for us. The crew were experienced & attentive and worked hard to complete the job during a favourable weather window. Roof Smart Roofing initially did the back of my house which is challenging - lot of nearly flat areas - they explained the work carefully and what would be involved. Checked from all sides and gave me a good estimate which beat most competitors - also used best shingles on the market. This was in 2013. In 2016 they completed the front - same quality work and top shingles. Very quick, courteous and reasonably priced. Also cleaned up perfectly after the job was done. replace porch and kitchen roof My roofing job was not easy. I own a semi so there is overlap with the other owners' roof. Also the old shingles from my kitchen had to taken out of the back of the property with wheel barrels. The company installed a vent on my kitchen roof; the previous roofer had not done so. I had wanted the roofs replaced before winter and the company got them done before winter.

complete new roof Bob Morgan came to give us a price and was very knowledgeable about roofing.We asked for a certain date for the start and Bob came through for us.His crew was exceptional and the clean-up afterwards was fantastic.As for the price it was not the cheapest price nor not the highest but was very reasonable.To finish up here Bob made it very easy and is a great guy to deal with.
