New Roof We had a new roof and attic insulation done by Jerry at Smart Roofing. This job included new plywood on the whole house. The installers showed up every day on time at 8am sharp and worked till 6 every night for 8 days as it was a difficult large pitch roof. They cleaned up every night and did a super job including a small flat roof at the front.

Roofing - Flat Roof and Shingles If you are here, you don't need to look anywhere else. We called a dozen roofers, had eight calls returned and eight showed up. One wouldn't go up on the roof and the rest did. We picked Smart Roofing for a number of reasons. Roofing Bob,our sales representative was very knowledgeable, thorough in this explanation of the work to be done. He was also very personable and very approachable. Returned phone calls in promptly. The roof layers were very hard workers and very professional. The clean-up job was fantastic. They moved patio furniture and barbecue and used tarps around the house. A job very well done.

Roof repairs High winds had damaged some singles on our home roof. We called Smart Roofing Inc., and Edward arrived within 15 minutes. He investigated the amount of damage including provided pictures of the damage shingles and explained the issues with the previous shingles failing. He gave an excellent quote to have them repaired of which he replaced the damage shingles within the hour. Roof Replacement We had our old roof (with leak problem) replaced by Mario. He has been accommodating on schedule and I am grateful he could take this project in time before winter. After the work was completed in 2 days, there are some issues, as I could hear tick-tick sound appearing to come from the ceiling (inside the attic) of my bedrooms. Reshingled the roof Jerry and his team were extremely professional and friendly. The job was completed on time and they left my property clean and tidy. They were not the most economical but it was well worth the extra money. Four months after the roof was installed we had a very strong wind storm in our neighborhood with many homes losing their shingles - I called Jerry and he came by and inspected the roof at no charge. I would highly recommend SMART ROOFING anytime !

Roof replaced in one day We are very satified with the work done by Ray Tuck & his crew. Ray was very professional, he listened to what I wanted done, material etc. (I had done some homework on roofing prior to calling Ray) and he provided us with further advise etc. We got an estimate done in December 2013 for a new roof in the spring but because of the ice storm, the roof was further damaged by tree branches which fell on the roof and caused water damage to the ceiling in both the living room and kitchen. Roof replacement Smart Roofing Inc replaced our roof this February. It was leaking in a few places, especially with the melting snow. The price seems high, but it is a very large high- pitched roof with many different types and sizes of dormers, a large addition and garage and front portico The roof had been repaired at different times and the old part was at least 25 years old.
