Roof Replacement I needed a new roof this year and contacted 4 reputable companies for quotes. New Roof and Eavestroughs We were very impressed from the moment a receptionist answered the phone when I called about having an estimate done. Attic Insulation Our house did not have good insulation in the attic so we called Smart Roofing after receiving a flyer in the mail. They came and not only checked the insulation in our attic, but also did a ventilation check inside our home, and explained in detail what we needed. As part of the insulation job, they sealed the potlights on our ceiling to prevent air leaks and replaced the exhaust fan and topped up the insulation in the attic. entire new roof The roofing job was well done, they used top quality materials and made a great recommendation to use Landmark shingles with a great warranty. Disappointed with the lack of clean up after the job was completed. Roofing garbage was left all over my neighbor's yard which my husband had to clean up the next day.

Roof replacement We hired Smart Roofing on a recommendation from a friend. They were efficient and did take the time to explain everything that needed to be done. My only issue was that we had vents roughed in to eventually connect to bathroom fans that were to be installed during bathroom renovations. When the fans were installed, we realized that one of the vents was placed on the other side of the house and nowhere near the master bathroom.
