new roof We recently had a new roof installed by Smart Roofing after a significant leak in our kitchen. Bob, was recommended by a friend. When I called Bob, he came over that very day, gave a quote which was comparable to others and once the contract was signed, started and had the job completed before the promised date! I want to say thank you for prompt and efficient services even navigating some unforseen snags that came up.

Roofing I hired smart roofing about 1.5 y ago. I supervised the job every minute from start to finish to ensure everything went according to what I paid for. I would say that Smart Roofing did an absolutely perfect job. Not a single small mistake at all. I would hire them again in a heart beat.
New Roof Just a short note to commend the folks at Smart Roofing on the excellent work they did installing a large, new roof. I got at total of 8 estimates for the roof, including 3 from Home Depot and 3 from Home Services. Bob from Smart Roofing gave by far the most competent and professional estimate. He answered simple questions, was personable and pointed out the problems and solutions for a leaky and worn out roof. Roof Tiles Replaced Smart Roofing installed a new roofing system over our entire house. We had no problems with the service from the salesperson to the roofers. Of course you will have to pick up nails for a few months, but they did a pretty good job. Everything seems to be fine for our roof and hopefully we don't have to use the guarantee.
Roofing installation I was very impressed with smart roofing. They installed the roof efficiently and in a timely manor. The were neat and tidy, and cleaned up the area around my home. The roofers were polite, and displayed excellent attention to detail. My roof looks fantastic and I highly recommend Smart Roofing INC.

New roof I had called several roofing companies and no one got back to me, or responded several days later. Smart Roofing called me back the same day, and Mario booked an appoitment to come and give me an estimate. Mario was very honestly, explained everything to me in detail, and i felt their price was more then fair. I have had several compliments on my new roof, and would recommend using Smart Roofing.

New roof My roof was leaking in one of the bedrooms, and I called several roofing companies, but Smart Roofing was the one company who responded in a timely fashion, and answered my questions I had over the phone. I was then scheduled to have a roofing specialist come out and inspect my roof. Jerry came out, and was able to locate the problem, which was from racoons. new roof Like many, I discovered that I need a new roof immediately due to the rainy spring that we had. Because of this situation, many roofing companies did not even return my calls. I was grateful when Mario came out to my place and gave me several options. They commenced work within a week or so (weather depending). The crew was polite, hardworking, and extremely clean.
