Roof Everything was explained in detail. What we were told would happen and when, did. There was a live person to answer any calls we made to the office. We learned a lot about roofing. The crew worked constantly, taking care that the house and garden were protected. The upstairs of our house is now cool, something it hasn't been since we moved in, due to the vents not working. I would recommend Bob and his team to anyone.

Roof Repair / Replacement After a heavy rainfall we noticed that some water was seeping into a bedroom. I called 5 companies to come out and give me estimates. Each company informed me that an entire new roof was required. Bob took a look and gave me the option of either replacing the roof now or completeing some repairs that would address the issue and dela a total replacement for 2 more winters. Roof incl. plywood, eavestroughs We needed a completely new roof including new plywood as well as new eavestroughing, facia etc. Received several quotes from $5,000 to $18,000. Called Smart Roofing and met Jerry, He inspected the roof and explained what needed to be done in detail. Their quote was in the middle range and I felt comfortable that his guys would do a good job and did they ever.
