New Roof After one other solid estimate by a very good company, my neighbours and I decided on SMART roofing. Maybe it was Bob's gregarious personality, and his ability to instill the confidence that the job was going to be done well. The turnover time from estimate to contract to job was quick. The staff was great to work with. Now after 3 days of STRONG winds, it's good to know that the roof is in good shape.

New Roof Smart Roofing - a roofing company that I highly recommend! Bob was absolutely excellent to deal with - he came to meet and answer questions at the time when I was available, was not in a hurry, was honest and very helpful. Stuck to his quote - no hidden costs. The team of roofers were punctual, concerned with any inconvenience, very hard-working - they also took time to answer questions, cleaned up well afterwards. Roof Replacement Received three quotes. Other two firms viewed the roof from the street (lol). Jerry was the only one who actually went up on the roof to measure and inspect the roof. Crew was professional, quick and did not leave a mess.
New Roof We replaced our roof last week . The entire job from estimate to completion was seamless and stress free . The crew cleaned up , arrived on time , and finished the job in under 2 days . I would recommend them . Jerry was professional and helpful.We were pleased. Debbie and Mike
Eavestrough and Downspout Replacement I called 10 roofing companies, 5 returned my call and 4 came out to do an estimate, with one coming when I wasn't home. Smart Roofing was the only company who followed through from initial contact to follow-up on the quote to providing color samples and final booking of the work. Scott and his team were exceptional!! Eavestrough replacement Our eavestroughs needed replacement, and after getting a few other quotes a friend told me about Homestars.com. I found Smart Roofing and read their stellar reviews so I chose them. Their quote was less than the others that I received. They measured up the house, met with us, and came out and did the work in the time frame we requested. Roofing Bob Morgan did all the right things, follow up on quote, & explained all steps. A "wow" sale is when you go 'beyond expectations" and Bob did that, even doing a follow up upon completion. The crew worked hard & fast and made sure no damage was done. I would recommend them.
Roof, eavestroughs and siding I called several companies for quotes, only two responded. . Jerry came and spent a long time with us answering questions, going on the roof and presenting the quote. I chose Smart roofing over the other from reviews at homestars.com and am glad I did. The Smart roofing team came when expected, worked a long hot day and finished the job using headlights.
