Roof We shopped around quite a bit to find the right company to do our roof. Bob stopped by our house to give us a quote and we were really impressed. One of the first things he said to us was how much he thought it would cost to do our roof. New Roofing We had had a terrible experience with a previous roofing job, which was only 11 years old and already needed completely replaced. Jerry came by, as one of four roofers we had quote on the job. He was courteous, prompt, specific and very experienced obviously. He gave us an estimate, replaced not only the terrible job that had been done before, but damage caused to the boards of our home as well. roof replacement When they came to do the estimate, everything was well explained. They came exactly when they were goint to come...on time...large team that completed the entire job in ONE day! Efficient, timely, professional, exceptional clean up, predictable, GREAT!...looking forward to using them for our eavestrough replacement too!
Roof Replacement In the summer of 2008, I couldn't get ANYONE over to fix my leaking roof. SMART Roofing returned my phone calls promptly, provided a quick estimate and best of all showed up when they said they would. They even called before they dropped off the supplies because one of the cars was in the driveway and they were concerned they might block it in. I have no hesitation in recommending them.
installed new roofing removed 20 yr old shingles We checked out all the advertisements in the neighbourhood and then our friends recommended Smart Roofing. They did an excellent job,recommended good shingles; very clean workers cleaned up every nail and did the job on time and within the price range we were looking at.

roof repair I spoke to Bob on the phone told him i had leaks from a brand new roof that was just done last year most companies didnt call back but Bob was prompt and came very fast. New Shingles and Eavestroughs Our shingles were curling and blowing off the roof and the eavestroughs needed replacing. I called around and ended up getting 5 quotes. We chose Smart Roofing because Mario seemed so truthful in explaining the technology and the expectations post replacement. His quote was not the lowest and not the highest. Reroofing, Shingles As a perfectionist, I have never given a contractor 10 out of 10 before. But anything lees than 10 is unfair to Smart Roofing Inc. based on my recent, pleasant experience with them.
