Replace roofs (house /carport/shed), replace skylite, replace easthroughs Before we decided to have the work undertaken, we checked out many of the roofers listed on homestars. We read the reviews, selected a few firms for further review and visited the showrooms of two firms, one of which was Smart Roofing. We were interested in quality workmanship at a reasonable price, not the lowest price. Jerry and his staff did not disappoint us. The work was professional and enhanced the attractiveness of our home.

New roof & replacement flashing, siding Following a very unsuccessful effort by a local roofer in Cambridge we turned to SMART who had done our roof in Oakville 8 years ago. This June Jerry and the team responded to provide us with a premium quality roof, flashing and vinyl siding job. All the problems of the local experience were fixed in a professional, responsible and neat style. The team of SMART workers are A1 and we will recommend them without reservation! replaced roof The new roof was installed over the existing shingle roof in an efficient, professional manner. Two hard working men came and put wood skeleton over the existing roof which was stating to curl. The new roof was completed within a week. They came early each day, didn't take any days off and cleaned up the scraps. The job was completed beautifully and now I use less air conditioning in the summer and less heat in the winter. It was well worth the money and the new roof will outlast me!

Repair of leaking Roof Bob came by and took a look at my roof. I needed a few missing shingles replaced.The job done the same day.I had phone the company that did the roof 3 year ago and they had gone bankrupt.I phoned four other companys. Bob called me right away, the repair was done quickly and in a timely fashion.

replaced shingles and gutters We needed to replace our 22 years old roof. We got a few quotes from a few companies, some we found on Homestars, some from referrals from friends. I had experience with people in the home renovation industry and I knew that no matter how careful one is, the experience can be painful. Jerry was great. Roof Shingle Replacement Last summer, we started looking for a roofer to replace the asphalt shingles on our 17 year old house. Roof Replacement Bob from the Oakville office provided a helpful, informative estimate and identified ventilation issues that we needed to address. As we had an active leak, he arranged for the job to begin right away. The job was complete within 3 days and the courteous professional crew left the yard very clean and tidy. Roof replacement We experienced roof damage from winter storms, and called severasl roofing contractors for quotes to repair. Several cam, several did not reply, some would charge for quote. New eaves trough, downspout, fascia We needed all new eaves and downspout and the facia was badly stained by overflow from the old eaves. Also the drainage scheme needed to be improved. Scott answered all my questions and set up the installation which was executed exactly as planned. The crew did a beautiful job. Overall, a great experience for us.
