It saved my life from drugs and alcohol and cigarettes . AA and NA hurt me all they show is the blame game bring everything on u. We know what happens when I pick up. Once I abstained from it looking in the future I started respecting my mother it started to work . The constant bitchin of why he or she dranked or used and all the dilly-dallying from each program. This is the absolute best way I have found to recover! Be the change you want to be. We have the.."Choice" to do what we want. I choose to live!
Today I celebrate one year of freedom from alcohol! I struggled with other methods for 11 years before finding this road out of self-destruction. Now I am a Smart facilitator and working to spread the word that this works! Thank you Smart for helping me and showing me how to save my own life!
