I have been attending meetings for a week now and I have learn so much by attending the meetings. smart recovery isn't just for those who are recovering but for family and friends as well. they have specialized groups for the one loved ones effected by their loved ones use.

its a different program then aa so much better..
I've been in and around SMART for 26 years. It's an approach centered on evidence based practices and cognitive behavioral therapy. Thumbs up!
