The technician was very patient and did check and look around for all possible entry points. He also went above and beyond by screwing down some loose floorboards in the bathroom to more permanently cover the holes there. All in all, I would recommend this company and their attention to detail. The warranty provided gives extra peace of mind.
Ozzie provided an excellent pest control service. He was extremely thorough, carefully checking every part of the house to identify any potential issues. He took the time to properly seal and plug entry points, which gave us real confidence that the problem was being handled at its source. Strongly recommend Smart Pest Control as they have been incredibly professional, prompt, and communicative from my first phone call about a bed bug issue all the way through to the third treatment visit. Not only were Paresh and Ozgur super thorough during their visits, but I really appreciated the reports they provided afterwards - with both a detailed write-up and plenty of pictures and videos.
