Customer Service is terrific from the first person called all the way down to the porters.
This is the best Toyota dealership I have been to! They really want you to be comfortable when you are here. Maintenance appointments and oil changes are super quick, but even if they weren't, you would be extremely comfortable here. I didn't realize they weren't the Toyota "norm". Complimentary snacks, water, coffee and freshly baked cookies. The seating area is very comfortable, to allow you to relax or work, depending on what you need to do. Usually we have good service, but at times, people - either are new or it's too early morning when we arrive and they ask funny questions when it's clear we want the oil and filter changed,... hey, we just pulled in to the bay... so do you think I'm here for coffee? they need to show consistency and more organization in the process.
GREAT and fast service. Our car needed a wash and we even got that done after the service..
What should have been a very expensive & time consuming situation turned out to be an easy fix. Smart motors came to tow my car within the hour! & thanks to my extended warranty I will be paying literally an eighth of the estimated price cost! All of this happening right before a holiday weekend I was told from 2 other automotive service companies that I would be waiting for help until at least mid next week. Thankfully, I won't have to worry about time or money this time! Thank you smart motors!
This is painful for me to write as I have worked many years in sales and always try to give businesses the benefit of the doubt. On June 1st, 2013, I bought a blue 2010 Toyota Prius 69,572 miles on it from a man named Thomas. They assured me that the cars all go through vigorous inspection and suggested that a car like this should last a long time.
