Always good service. Ran into a bit of miscommunication that was kind of annoying, but very minor in the grand scheme of things. Always take my car here, will continue to do so going forward.
Just been getting spammed from Smart to put a review here. So here's my review More than one request for a review is pure spam Smart needs to allow customers to opt out of even the first request. NO MORE SPAM
They were very swift in taking care of any issues present and upfront about any extra issues they found. It was also far less expensive than I originally estimated. Dropped off my car in the morning for routine maintenance, was able to pick it back up after work with no issues. The cab service to work was great! Thanks again!
Terrible. Told them not to touch my rear windshield wiper because I have a bike rack on it and what do they do, mess with my rear windshield wiper. I no longer have them touch my tires as I have gotten my car back and the tire pressure was 33,37,38,40. Went to discount tire and they did it right plus it's free for a tire rotation. Smart Motors is terrible. Funny how they recommend certain services and tell you that there is wear and tear, next time you go in, everything seems to be fine. These guys are a joke.
Smart Motors has been supplying a superior service to the Madison area for nearly a century. I would highly recommend them!
Not my favorite. Spent 120.00 for an oil change, replacement of some filter up in the dash that had a hole in it.....what? How does a filter for the a/c up in my dash get a hole? Mice they said! Only 18k miles and I have NO mice. Also, 18k and my tires already have a lot of ware? Not cool. My Escape has 15k on a new set of tires and there is no wear yet. Oh not to mention I also drove away with grease smeard all over the side of my car and on the drivers door.
Everyone I've interacted with has been nothing but helpful! I always get all my questions answered no matter how silly I think they may be. The seating area is nice and the complimentary snacks and drinks are great.
