We have leased our last four Toyotas (Prius and Rav IV) from Smart Motors and I have had excellent service with them and our salesman, Scott Nelson. We got a good deal and Scott worked to find the car that we wanted (it was in Minneapolis). When we picked the car up, we had a thorough demonstration of all the features (and there are many) and the closing went smoothly. Thank you, Scott, and Smart Motors.
I love the car, but the experience of buying through them was very frustrating. They gave me the run around on what I needed to buy the car, I had a pre-approval slip from a bank they work closely with yet that wasn't enough. They made me go back to the bank and get the check up front. This took 3 hours I shouldn't have had to spend because I was pre-approved. All in all I got the car I wanted but I will never buy from them again.
Went in today to replace my headlights on my Prius. I was waited on by Sam Stein right away. He installed my headlights & even offered me a car wash. Great customer service! Thank you Smart Motors. You are the BEST!

Bought a used vehicle, had a very good experience and was treated very well by our salesman Tim.
I worked with Chad N. to pick up a 2017 Tacoma a few days ago and everything went great. I felt the offer on my trade-in was very fair and the discussion on the sale price of the truck was open and reasonable. This was my first purchase from Smart Toyota and from the whole experience I can tell they care about their customers.
