Won a car detailing from Smart Toyota at a golf outing. Took our car in for a complete detail and I've never been more impressed. The car looks BETTER than new. Interior and exterior look amazing. It's like a new car. I will definitely be bringing our other vehicle there for detailing.

Really great group of folks at Smart Motors. I've interacted with various individuals over the years and they are always professional, courteous, and happy to lend a hand and answer questions. I test drove the Prius Prime and loved it - very likely my next vehicle and am looking forward to it!
Salesperson provided a bad quote. He then provided an "improved" quote for a cheaper model. Called the dealer. No return call from the sales manager.
I just purchased my second Toyota Camry Hybrid from Smart Motors. Bob, Greg and Justin worked with us patiently and thoroughly until we felt comfortable with the deal. Bob spent a lot of time showing us how everything worked when we picked it up. Greg searched for a car for us as Smart no longer had a 2017 hybrid on their lot. I had been researching Toyota Highlanders for awhile and visited/contacted several Toyota dealerships throughout Wisconsin. Great folks - been dealing with them for the last couple years and multiple vehicles and the service is always excellent. Never pushy and always willing to help you out and just give you information if that is all you need. Service department rocks too - you can go in and sit down for a while and eat gold fish, get a drink, and use their WIFI until your car is done. Hard to beat!
Best car purchase experience ever....we were pleasantly surprised when we walked into the showroom and the car was ready with our name on it. No hassle, no further negotiations and not a penny more than what was agreed over the phone and exchanged over the emails. I highly recommend this place for everyone shopping in the midwest area. I know where we will be returning for our next purchase.
