We buy many of our company vehicles thru Smart. Mostly Toyota 4Runners. Mark Koebbe is our sales rep and gets us a fair deal every time and great trade-in prices when the vehicles are ready to be turned in. With over 25 vehicles purchased over the last few years we have never had a problem at Smart Motors, TJ Thompson and his fine staff are top notch. It is all about the whole picture, buying the car, servicing the car, and trading in the car - they do it all and they do it right.

RecommendedFriendly and efficient staff. We love our new RAV4. Our sales person, Gary Fredrickson was great. He found us the car we were looking for snd did a great job of explaining everything and the staff did a good job of handling finance and explaining how to use all the new features on the car. This was our first time buying a Toyota. We bought a Rav4 instead of a Honda CR-V. It was a very close call, and we appreciate Al Franklin's patience with us as we came in for a second test drive. My wife was not feeling well the first time and didn't drive. Al was very knowledgeable, and went to the trouble of transferring a car from another dealer in order to meet our desires as to options, color, etc. We were pleased with the attention and effort we experienced with Al.

I just bought my 1st brand new car ever...my experience with our sales guy Ryan was great. He was very patient as I decided what I wanted versus what I needed. There was never any pressure and he made sure I got exactly what I wanted. Everyone we dealt with at Smart Motors was very kind and friendly, from sales to financing to the orientation on my new car. My college age son was checking out the Toyota options for when he graduates. We will definitely be back. Great experience.

Despite them trying to break in a new computer system and it not having the capability they needed to do the paperwork, They completed the job in a short amount of time. The waiting area was very comfortable and accommodating and Jeremy Snow was spectacular!
Fair and honest! Clint was very helpful and was able to get us the car we wanted. I believe we got the best deal we could have got for our situation.
