I was quite impressed working with Smart Motors! I live in St. Paul but wanted to see what Corollas I could find in Madison while visiting here. Just purchased a 2018 Toyota Highlander. I was very impressed with the professionalism, helpfulness, and responsiveness of our salesperson (Chris Lacrosse) and the other members of the Smart Motors team. I leased a 2015 Highlander previously and was very satisfied so I decided to get another one. It’s a great SUV for road trips, hauling our three lively grandkids around town, and storing and accessing our golf clubs. Scott Nelson asked me want I wanted and what I needed. He then showed me the RAV4 and all of it’s safety features that come w/the car - not extra. He didn’t try to sell me anything extra and was very informative. Sara went through the manual w/us as well as a thorough tour of our new vehicle. Then it was on to Dana who took us through the paperwork and terms of our purchase. We will be buying all of our new vehicles here from now on.
I bought a new 2018 Camry from Phylis. She usually works in used car sales. She was very helpful and knowledgable. The process was quick. The person showing me my car features knew her stuff. Overall the experience was excellent.
