I would shop at Smart Motors again. However, I certainly would need rethink the purchase of another Prius though. I have a 2017 Prius V with about 31,000 miles. On August 13th, I found my battery totally dead, it had sat for about four days. I had someone come and jump start it. I then went to a Toyota dealership closer than Madison. The service dept told me the battery was fine, the did charge it so it was totally full. Then I was told the the new Priuses, 2016 and up, will do this because of all of the computer items that ... read more
Rodney, the sales representative, was very knowledgeable and professional. Purchasing a car is not one of my favorite pastimes, but Smart made the process fairly painless. As an out-of-town buyer, I appreciated their fast service so we could take possession of the vehicle within 4 hours of walking in the door.

A friend recommended Smart Motors Toyota to me. I met with Michael F. and Mike Urso and was very impressed with their presentation.. I traded in my 16 year old car and purchased my first Toyota, a Toyota Avalon. I love it! It has everything I wanted and then some. From first contact through driving out the door, Rodney and the team were professional, efficient, and fair. While much of the “deal” was negotiated through email - from the time we walked in the door to driving out with a new vehicle was just a tick over 2 hours and everyone we dealt with was on top of their game.
