Not sure if it was just my luck but I've had nothing but issues with this dealership. The lack of response time has been a troubling area. I'm sure it's different for everyone but I generally have to call more than once to get someone on the phone or someone to answer my voicemails. I've also been transferred (by their call service) to people who are out on vacation when I've asked to speak to someone who is in the office. I had some minority work done.
