I went this past Saturday and I had my heart set on a certain vehicle; I drove off the lot tonight with that car! Tim Nugent and Jennifer Visser were amazing through the whole process! I highly recommend this dealership!

Jason Hepperly completely made my experience great! His service was fantastic, he provided helpful information, and he was so positive! Also, the dealership had a children area and refreshments. That was very helpful for my little guy since we were there for some hours. I would recommend Jason to anyone purchasing a Toyota at Smart Motors!

I think the employees in the service department need to go to charm school. They have been rude to my girlfriend twice now. Will NEVER buy from them again. Management has never called back either when I called to complain.
