Can cut hair but the place is very unhygienic from the amount of flies, doesn’t really clean machine with antiseptics or alcohol sprays- people have also sorts of skin and hair condition which could result in infection and transmission of skin condition
Clearly not trained. Luckily for the young lad it's hard to tell the difference between a good or bad haircut with what little hair I have.
