Very disappointed with the aftercare and support from this company. While the initial sales process was smooth, any issues that arise afterwards—especially those clearly falling under warranty—are met with resistance and a lack of responsibility. We experienced a serious fault with equipment that was clearly due to a manufacturing defect, but instead of addressing the issue under warranty, the company is trying to charge us for repairs that should be covered.
