Been here 45 min and already awful. Service is awful. They say we booked and didn't show 3 weeks ago. So they won't give us our paid night and made us pay again. Upon reading these reviews, I see it's a common thing. We have stayed many times at the Tides and would never be treated like this. Do not suggest the SLS South Beach. And definitely don't book on their website. Luckily we are only here for one night from Sarasota

Appetizers were not distributed fairly infact there were only few trips Iam curious if the Hotel provided the right amount as promised,,,
