The staff truly is what makes this place great - especially Darian the guest services manager and really everyone I’ve interacted with have been five-star exceptional and helpful. Hotel itself is everything you’d want for SOBE... dark party vibe, beautiful ocean views, etc. But it’s showing some wear, and the beds aren’t that comfortable, etc.
