So many security personnel at every stop we made just to go to an event by the pool-- so ridiculous������
Personnel pas au top pour un hôtel de cette catégorie .... Piscine ( Hyde beach ) très sale le lundi suite à la pool party de dimanche ...chambre jamais faite , réputation surfaite .
Bad service. Small Rooms no wardrobe. Swimming pool crowded. Noisy. The receptionist didn't care about my complaints .
I thought this place was beautiful! The gourmet food and drinks were a little over priced but worth it.
Few years ago I stayed in a hotel with a friend and few days later he noticed the check was written for 1000 and when I looked at my account -it was check for name Marninez for 300 .So the maid wrote both checks from the checkbook.We did the claim ,money were returned by the bank but the hotel hadn't done anything so far.Its a shame for the hotel of such level.
