I recently stayed here with my boyfriend and paid extra for a city view that was supposed to be "higher up" and saw nothing but vents and metal. When I confronted the manager, Gary he only wanted to give me $35 back after I spent over a $1000 for my stay and hundreds of dollars on food/beach services. I have been attending events at the SLS as well as staying there as a guest since the hotel opened. No hotel in Miami compares with the level of service their staff provides. I especially want to recognize the managers and staff at KATSUYA and Hyde beach for service above and beyond any expectations!!! For myself and my VIP guests the SLS is the place to be!!!
The great reviews on this hotel were spot on! The entire staff provides excellent service from the moment you check in. Loved the very swanky guest room with its art deco design quite befitting for Sobe!! The food at the Bazaar by Jose Andres hotel restaurant was quite creative, beautifully presented and was delectable. The restaurant staff was equally amazing!! Enjoyed being able to take a stroll on the beach behind the hotel. Would definitely stay here again!
