Not what I expected. I had the full slab spare ribs. They were tuff and fatty. Maybe its just me, but I think the meat should (pretty much) fall off the bone. Not so last night. I could barely saw the ribs apart with the butter knife on the table. The Apple flavored sauce was very good. My wife had the 1/2 lb. pulled pork and she enjoyed it. The waffle fries were good. LOUSY service. Some of my order was cold.Sent back for reheat came back cold. Waited 1/2 for food.
As sad as this may be, I have had better BBQ ribs at Friday's. That is how bad Slow's BBQ is. Skip it and go to Golden Corral - even they have better BBQ.
A little pricier, but definitely a great atmosphere and great food! Loved the Yardbird sandwich and the mac and cheese is really good too.
Love Slows Bar BQ device was wonderful,the staff were friendly and smiling hope to go again someday.

The best BBQ and potentially the best MEAL I have ever eaten. Came here with coworker while we were in Detroit and were so blown away, we went back a second time that weekend! It was just as good the second time. We tried to get ever side, but couldn't do it with only two if us. Every element was cooked perfectly. AND they have this awesome apple bbq sauce. Try it!
