My wife and I were there Sunday night the food sucked the pulled pork was dry and had no flavor the beff brisket was tough and had no flavor I'm really disappointed in the quality of the food service was good the gentleman with Mori tattoo led on his chest was a really nice server I wouldn't waste my money going back there ever again The Round House BBQ in Trenton has way better food than Slows BBQ plus I make a better pulled pork in my smoker on the deck at my house THANKS FOR THE HORRIBLE FOOD A WASTE OF MONEY

Food was good, except I almost broke my tooth biting into a sandwich "The Charlene" that had a huge bone in. Also I didn't think the staff was very professional, I witnessed one of the bar tenders drinking on the job behind the bar. By the end of our visit that bar tender was so drunk and loud I felt very uncomfortable. Wish there was management that was a little older and was more concerned about the food that was being served with bones in it.
We had Slow's food truck come to my place of business and I had the Mary Ann sandwich. It was fantastic! !!
Went here late in the day Mother's Day 05-08-16. We were told 45 mins to a 1 hour wait. No problem, went next door for a drink. Received a text 70 minutes later, went over and they tried to seat us outside on the patio. It was almost completely empty!! Hard to believe that it was crowded as the server told us it was not. So why the 70 minute wait and not even a table inside. Won't be back!

Service was terrible... We got sat right away, but didn't see our server for about 10 mins to sitting down. The food was alright, and the server never came back to check on how our food was. Ribs were overpriced for how dry they were. I was super excited to try this place because we are from Grand Rapids, pretty disappointed. I hope the location back home can prove me wrong.
Food was amazing but they obviously hire servers who don't care about their jobs. Took them forever to greet us, server never asked how our food was, she finally came over after the HOSTESS asked if we needed boxes and to clear our empty plates. The restaurant wasn't even busy for her to not even care about her tables. I hope your location in GR has better service compared to the Detroit location. First time here and was unsatisfied. If your servers plan on making money make sure they actually act like they wanna be here.
