Stay away from ******** Shield. The company has the worst customer service. I thought I was getting an upgrade to my service and ended up being suckered into a new contract. Since then, my service was downgraded and is currently not working. I have not been able to arm my alarm in weeks, yet they want me to continue to pay them or they will charge me a cancellation fee. They do not show up for appointments and they do not return your call. ******** customer service has gone downhill.
Contracted customer called 4 times in two weeks and they refuse to deliver oil because its before the scheduled date according to their system!! They would rather us run out and have to send a technician because we have a locked in rate lower than normal right now. **************** reps are rude and dont care. Company is run poorly and makes excuses for there behavior. Do not use. Once my contract is up we will be going elsewhere
This is the worst company ever! I signed an oil contract with service and a fixed price over a month ago. Ive been calling them for 4 weeks now to fill up my tank. They wont come. Every week they tell me well be there tomorrow or in 2 days but they never come! I called again 2 days ago and ********* a representative, told me they can only come as emergency service when your tank has no oil left. So when the technician comes he can prime the tank and charge you a fee then they will schedule a delivery. What kind of practice i... read more
The absolute worst home security company. We were having a problem with one of the door monitors. No one would come out to check the problem. I spoke to a supervisor and she ended up hanging up on me. Stay away from them!
Representative assured me that I wasn't under contract and I could cancel ANY time without charge. When I called today to cancel I found out i was in a contract and I would have to pay $3000 to cancel. They are Misleading and Frauds. Is THERE ANYONE WHO COULD HELP AGAINST THESE TYPE OF COMPANIES??? This is a DISGRACE!! I just want out of the contract that I wasn't suppose to be in!! Stay away!!! 6 days to come and service a broken burner after they came the week before (which they obviously didnt fix!) no customer service at all
The worst customer service!.. I have home ********************** contract with them. My door **** camera stop functioning, and I call ******** to have it fixed. While talking to the customer service representative, I was told that the appointment would be free ( at no charge to me).The appointment was scheduled without the "time window". I had to wait the entire day ( had to take time off from work), and called multiple times to get time of the service technician arrival without any success. I have fully paid for the Home security alarm upgraded equipment and labor, so Somin's said I own it one hundred percent. I will NOT be renewing my contract when it is ending in few more months. Slomn's is not giving the Installer Code which is needed to change the central monitoring company.
