The worst business on Ling Island. Don't buy oil from them. They will cheat you every step of the way.
They dont care it took 6 months to give me an appointment for maintenance today and it is around 5 pm and they have not shown up yet or anyone has called I have wasted my whole day. When you call them the system is so rigged that you cant get any one on the phone. I will change to another company as soon as my contract is over

No notice on new oil prices. Delivery of oil was $3.04 per gal in May 2022. Received a bill from SLOMMIN'S for September 2022 @$5,29 per gal increase is $2.25 per gal.what is outrageous is no notice on oil prices from company.
What happened to the Slomins Shield August 8 2022 Slomins cancelled my service without notifying me verbally, by email, text or by letter. This cancellation exposed me to paying for repairs that I was covered under with a service repair contract that I had paid for. Slomins oil delivery company cancelled my account and oil burner service contract because I told them in July that I had a 3/4 tank of oil and didn't need any more. Made the mistake of signing up to get fixed price. I had one delivery and paid in full, but they say i'm behind on their "budget plan." Got no receipt for my payment. It is impossible to reach anyone the phone system loops you around and around, after you enter your customer number, it sends you back to the beginning - to enter your customer number

Slomins Oil is the worst company ever. I got a contract for my 95 year old dad last year from *********** for a good price on oil. The person I spoke on the phone never said that there was a maximum number of oil fills he could get with that price. I looked at contract and made sure the dates were right but who ever checks to see if theres a maximum # of oil to get. They said there is nothing they can do now. Are you serious?!!!! Their Representative deceived me into signing a 5 year contract for my business without stipulating that it was a contract, just month to month and I could cancel at any time, without charge. When I called today to cancel I found out I was in a contract and I would have to pay over $3000 to cancel. I then had it transferred to my home since I was stuck paying for a monitoring service because I couldn't afford to close it at once.
