I have been dealing with Sloane for many years now and have never had a bad experience. When purchasing my vehicles I have dealt with Igor, great guy, never tries to get you to just buy a car he wants to find you the car that you want. Jeff and Alex are always willing to listen to what you are concerned about and takes the time to explain everything in words that you understand. My vehicle was recalled for Takata Air Bags. It took three months to receive the replacement airbags. I have a expense of replacing brakes and rotors on all four tires due to the car sitting for 3 MONTH!!! When they were perfectly fine. I will never do business with Honda again!!!

They were nice up until the car was bought the talked us into buying a special warranty that covers the rims if they get scratched the paint basically the out side of the car and now someone hit her in a parking lot and they took off but now they want her to pay the first 500 hundred dollars and has to pay 20 percent of the rental car bullshit she has over 500 hundred dollars of what we were told 100percent covered now they want to make her pay wtf is wrong with your dealership
I just purchased my first car from Sloane Honda. After test driving two others, I decided the Honda CRV was for me. Larry answered every single on of my questions no matter how ridiculous they were. Larry took the time to help me set up my car, the radio, my phone, and explained all the little details, and even helped me over the phone once I had driven the car off the lot.
