Went here Saturday 8/23/2025 for state/emissions inspection, oil change and tire rotation. Note had to get a new tire on the driver side front tire. You would think they would rotate the driver side rear tire to the front, nope put the new tire back on where it came off of…. This is not the first time they messed up, last time they didn’t tighten the oil filter and it leaked all over my driveway. Since a certain mechanic left things have gone down hill!!! Very sad!
Waited for Tim for 37 minutes for him to come and say we sold it and have no more Prologs. They could have told me on the phone and I would have not wasted my time and drove all the way!
Sloane Honda promised us accessories and a specific model, then denied it and tried to raise our payments instead. The managers repeatedly dismissed me, interrupting and speaking only to my husband, which was insulting and unprofessional. We bought the car only because my husband liked it—but Sloane Honda has permanently lost us as customers.
