Went to Sloane to get a repair. Got the repair but also got some things unrepaired. Some things that were working properly no longer worked properly after the repair. They refused to acknowledge that they make mistakes, therefore, refusing to repair what was working properly when I took the vehicle to them. They want additional money to tell me I need to spend more money. I don't think that is fair. What do you think?
Once again I am disappointed with Sloane. I was promised a refund on the rotten deal I got on a "certified pre-owned" Accord & as of today, weeks later, I have not received it. I was also promised a virtual VISA gift card which I have not received. I will NEVER recommend Sloane!

Just recived a call from the service dept at Sloane Honda. We have been taking our 2005 Accord Hybrid. For repair since it was new no complaints. Things have changed, much to my dissaplintment. I was told $2000.00 plus labor and taxes. Fine, recived a call $2700.00. I have no problem with labor, my son is a tech for GM, taxes do not like it but what can you do? NO ONE PRESSURES YOU TO BUY ANY CAR. THE WILL SHOW YOU THE CARS YOU WANT TO LOOK AT AND DRIVE..THE SALES MAN ARE ALL VERY NICE SO IS EVERYONE ELSE THERE. AZI WAS MY SALES MAN. HE WAS VERY VERY HELPLFUL AND CALLED THE NEXT DAY TO MAKE SURE I WAS HAPPY WITH MY DECISION. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH MY CHOICE OF MY SUV. WITH ALL THE CARS I HAVE BOUHT SLOANE WAS THE BEST.
