Sloane Honda Service Department is by far the BEST I have ever dealt with. Paul Reese went above and beyond to help resolve a clicking issue I had in my car and didn't stop until it was done right! Dan McCarthy was also so helpful when I needed him and both of them were so pleasant and made my experience at Sloane the best so far. I live so much closer to another Honda Dealership, but have had not a single positive experience with their service department. Sorry Paul and Dan, you're stuck with us now! I went in today for an oil change, I had my 1 year old along with me, so needless to say i was dreading the wait. Everyone at Sloane was so nice and understanding of my active 1 year old! I ended up needed extra service and the team was so understanding and got extra people on it to finish in under 30 minutes!! Thank you so much for the wonderful, quick and considerate service!

I was in there yesterday for over a half hour walking around looking at cars & noone ever came out to help me. Two Asian ladies pulled up and all the salespeople ran out to help them & they still didn't acknowledge me. I got pissed off & left. I felt very disrespected!!!! I guess I didn't have the right look either........

I love my Sloane Honda in the north east philadelphia, pa they are very friendly and even washed and vacuumed my crv for free when I got my oil changed
