Absolutely mad to think that sleep soul can get away with this and just reply like they are sorry, I'm currently drafting a letter as the sleep soul space 2000 has given me the worst year of my life with private back appts, hospital scans, and to hear that it's only 7 months old but unlikely to replace I'll be making sure everyone hears about this. It's ruined my life the last year affecting my health and fitness. Tom think I came from Simba to this. Disgusting. Tom

Our mattress has sagged after 1 year of use. We purchased it through ‘Next Day Mattess’ we had an email confirmation of the order and then the mattress arrived with a receipt. We then decided to claim under the warranty as my partner and I would end up squashed in the middle due to the sagging. The company denied my claim stating that I had to have registered the warranty. No memory in this mattress..... I purchased a sleepsoul space mattress pocket 2000 Memory pillow top from Mattressnextday it's not even 11 months old The mattress has dipped. I contacted Mattressnextday on the 2nd Sept who say its up to sleepsoul and they are not responding. Ive also contacted sleepsoul with no response at all. Ive sent in pictures and videos to show the dip in mattress
